New EPF message: Rookie

Hello penguins, Stich here with a new EPF message from Rookie. Let's see what he has to say:


If you cant read that heres what it says:
Maybe Herbert decided not to do anything bad. The party ends tomorrow, and still no sign of him. Maybe he's a good guy now!

I wish I shared in your optimism Rookie, but it does look like Herbert is delaying his attack, why do you think he is? Do you think he will attack? Comment on your thoughts!
